1.1 1The aim of "Adjarabet" customers ( players ) is to guess the result of sports competition or other public interest for the results of some events by "adjarabet" previously published program.( besides "exit to the next stage" and basketball, also other terms of reference).

"The main time"-won't be discussed-"the overtime after the match"(additional time, penalty series)"overtime" etc.

1.2 All player must introduce the following set of rules before logging on and betting at "adjarabet" web page.

1.3 The player's logging on and betting is considered as an acceptance to "adjarabet" playing rules.

1.4 No knowledge of the playing rules isn't considered as the reason of the contract or betting collapse and the player won't be free from liabilities according to the rules.

1.5 Any person after 18 who accepts the playing rules can log on and bet at "adjarabet".

1.6 The chosen password after the logging on at "adjarabet" is secret and you aren't allowed to tell it to the third part. The player is directly responsible for the security of the password. In case of loosing, telling to the third part or stealing the password "adjarabet" isn't responsible for the damage and the responsibility rests with the player.

1.7 After the player's fraud detection which may result as financial and moral damage of "adjarabet", or business reputation abuse it has the right to act the following way:

1. Cancel or block logging on the web page;
2. Deny or cancel the betting;
3. apply to relevant authorities according to the applicable law of Georgia to study "fact of fraud" for further reaction thereto;
4. demand by a court action from the player compensation for sustained loss and judicial charges;

1.8 "Adjarabet" has the right for its own reason refuse the player to sign in or bet without any explanation.

1.9 If the user makes an error transfer to other private number while filling in his/her deposit by electronic systems such as pay boxes, internet payment etc. "adjarabet" administration declines any responsibility for the return of money. Other personal mistake on the number of transferred funds to return for is only available according to the current legislation.

1.10 If the user changes personal data ( name, surname, ID number, private number, address, e-mail ) "adjarabet" administration has the right not to give the won money to the registered user 24 hours from the time of change. Cash collection from "adjarabet" cashbox after the deadline or on the basis of notarial power of attorney by the registered user before change.

1.11 While gambling at internet totalizator an electronic ticket is used for confirmation of the fact of signing the contract as a single contract document in which there are several items:

1. Betting date and time;
2. Event name and number;

Definition of the signs and terms

7. "Will it be scored a goal in the match?"- "I team"- if the first named team in the pair scores a goal or not during the game
8. "II team"- if the second named team in the pair scores a goal or not during the game..
9. "More goals in the time"- More number of goals during the first and second or both times of the match or the equal number during the both times ( 0-0 is considered as the equal ).
10. "Scoring the first goal in the match"- Which of the teams named in the pair will score the first goal. If it ends 0-0 both bets ( 1,2 )on the first goal in the match are lost.
11. "Time ball"-the coefficient corresponds to guessing the first and main time result in the match ( First time result of the match/match result-main time).
12. "The main time" - time defined for the match+ compensated time by the referee (added time after the match isn't included as well as overtimes, penalty series ).
13. "Will the team score a goal in both times?"- Scoring a goal at both times by the teams named in the pair. The first named team in the pair is considered as the first team and the other one as the second team.
14. "Penalty"- 11 meters. Penalty may be appointed after the ending of the main time ( referee may end the match after the penalty)and it is included in the match score ( the main time).However, the penalty, appointed during the additional time or penalty series after the match isn't included.

2.1 "Adjarabet" accepts the current bets on the basis of the published program.

2.2 Bets should be in Lari;

2.3 Minimal betting is 0,25 Lari;

2.4 One electronic ticket winning possibility (or several same tickets ) shouldn't be more than 50 000 Lari. If the won amount of an electronic ticket ( or the electronic tickets for the same sum ) exceeds the allowed limit, it will be considered as 50 000 Lari. Bets that may win more than 5 000 ( five thousand ) Lari should be agreed with the administration.

2.5 "Adjarabet" has the right not to allow the player to bet the same electronic ticket several times;

2.6 While guessing the result ,the player will get the amount that is equal to the betting sum and coefficient number times . Bets will be accepted for separate matches as well as for guessing several game results. If there are bets for several match results guessing simultaneously, the winning coefficient is individual results of the coefficient number times(the electronic ticket is won if the player guesses all the given match results at the electronic ticket);

2.7 In some cases along the participant teams there may be the score.( handicap). In This case the appropriate match result will be defined considering the score.

2.8 Using the same pair in different ways in one ticket isn't allowed( e.g Chelsea-Leeds 2:1 and Chelsea-Leeds 1 or/and Chelsea-Leeds 1 and Chelsea-Leeds 0:1 ).However it's possible to multiply several positions in one ticket ( e.g. starting live, the first out, goals etc).

3.1 The bet is considered as canceled and the amount is returned to the player in the following cases:

3.1.1 Betting takes place after the beginning of the match;

3.1.2 The game isn't held or postponed more than 2 days (e.g. the game wasn't held on 17.Accordingly the calculation of time will begin from 18 and includes 19.So if the match won't renewed or begin on 19, including 24 :00 the bet will be canceled).( Bets for leaving the stages are cancelled if the match is postponed more than 3 weeks).

3.1.3 Disrupting the game or/and not fixing the final result ( in 2 days ).If the disrupted game won't be held in 2 days ( will be continued or start again ),the positions fixed for the match disrupting moment and may not be affected by the further development of the game is considered to display. But at uncertain positions the coefficient is equal to 1.0.If the game was disrupted but continued during 2 days after the disrupting moment, all bets are valid until the final fixed result. If the game was disrupted and started again in 2 days, all the results will be fixed according to the final score ( explanation "live", see additionally ).

3.1.4 The host team is changed (for two-match cup-ties tournaments the bets aren't cancelled if they are accepted for the team leaving the stage ).In case of moving the game from one stadium to another in the same town or holding it at a neutral stadium bets aren't cancelled.

3.1.5 Some bet on the match in case of the game postponing or its cancellation ( for 2 days ) is paid back to the player. If the ticket contains several match forecasts together and one of them is cancelled for some reason, the result of this game will be considered as guessed with coefficient-1,0.But the other game results will be discussed by the existing rule.

3.1.6 If the match is over and its result is fixed ,but then it's protested and the result changed or/and the match replayed the won amount will be given according to the first results. Bets for two-match cup-ties tournaments for leaving the stage before the first match will be considered as cancelled only if the technical result is fixed in the first match ant the technical result fixing takes place before the second match. Betting at goal scores at the tournament ( also sum total, goals, cards, corner-kicks ) is cancelled and the sum is returned to the player if a match ( matches ) of the tournament is postponed ( disrupted, stopped, the result isn't fixed in 2 days ) and this match ( matches ) may affect on the filled ticket forecast ( e.g. if the goal scores were more, accordingly the won bet is more goals, but bets on less goals are lost).

3.1.7 7 If the match is held incompleted and the disrupted one ( after two days ) continues from the disrupting moment but it isn't pointed out at "adjarabet" coefficient list, all the bets for the match will be cancelled. But if the match duration is pointed out, bets will be available considering the score and the game time.

3.1.8 Bet on one version is less than 0,25Lari.

1 "Adjarabet" offers the users an "identification card" ( then called as a "card") for the purpose of improving deposit management and customer personal data base system. Users will be able to bet by it in "adjarabet" internet section as well as at totalizators hall.

2 The card for the registered user at "adjarabet" web-page will be issued at "adjarabet" internet sections and it will be given the same private number as the user is registered at the internet page. Therefore the issued card has the unique code assigned by the manufacturer, that provides the additional means of its identification.

7 In case of losing the card and using the amount on the card before calling to "adjarabet" information center, administration isn't responsible for the used deposit.

8 For improving the service the phone user's audio recording is kept in "adjarabet "computer base ( not less than 30 calendar days).

9 Information center will work during 24 hours and the contact numbers will be declared publicly at "adjarabet" hall as well as on its web page.

4. After activating SMS betting the user sends sms at number 1010 and bets the following way:

The user dials the private number that's registered at "adjarabet" system ( e.g. 0000,then dot ),points out the betting amount in Lari ( the sum rounds up till Lari, then dot ),game(s) code and estimated forecast. If the user desires to forecast several matches in one electronic ticket he/she simply continues dialing game code and supposed result. Tennis:

1. If the player surrenders at any position bets are cancelled ( more "total" is fixed if the total is already more at the time of match stopping, accordingly less total means lost game ).Already finished set results are fixed.
2. Betts after the beginning of the match is cancelled.
3. • Given odds are counted according to the accumulated point difference in games by the user. Total is counted according to the accumulated point sum in games by the user.
4. If the game total is 15,5 and the match ends 6:1, 6:2 (total-15 ) the winner bet is "less total". If the game total is 15 and the match ends 6:1, 6:2 ( total-15 ),at both position "more', separation happens at "less total".

Sets result: set odds is given along the pair

Basketball bets are available for team named pairs, to win any team 1st or 2nd .Betts for draw aren't available. Accordingly the final result is defined including the overtime ( if it's appointed).Given odds and total also are scored considering the overtime.

Biathlon- ( Ski Types):

1. Race winner is a participant ( team ),that takes the first place according to the protocol ( the final protocol is the official protocol which will be issued after the end of the race. Sanctions ( disqualifications) aren't taken into account ).If several participants take the same place ( e.g. two participants take the first place ),their appropriate coefficient will divide to their number.
2. "who is better"-the winner is that participant ( team ) who takes higher position in the final protocol. If both participants are disconnected from the race ( for disqualification or other reasons) or even don't start the race the bet is cancelled. If only one of them is disconnected from the race bets aren't cancelled and the winner is the participant who finishes the race.
3. In case of game postponed more than 2 days the bets are cancelled.

"Adjarabet " has the right to cancel the bet and return it to the player if the bookmaker or the computer program makes any mechanical error ( e.g. Issued coefficient at the program on base of the error doesn't correspond to the real coefficient and/or it is connected to a comer, point, dash. Or the pair is pointed incorrectly.) When the sport tournaments take place in some specific country e.g. World Championship, Europe Championship etc. the teams may be pointed out in pairs according to the tournament scheme. As a result tournament host team may be named as the second team in pairs despite hosting status.

4.1 Definition of "live" results happens visually, according to the video display. For additional information can be used internet sites.

4.2 All positions concern to the game main time.

4.3 In case of any uncertain position during the game coefficient is 1,0.

4.4 "Live" Gaming Positions:

4.4.1 "Starting of Game" _ bringing a ball into play by one of the team players. .

4.4.2 The First Out- one of the participant teams' batting from the side line. If the team player breaks the rule while throwing the ball from the out ( throwing it incorrectly and the main referee of the match gives the throw-in right to another team.), the winner is the bet on team that first had the right to throw-in the out. One red card defines two yellow cards. A red card as a result of two yellow cards isn't considered into account. Both bets lose if there is no any yellow or red card in the match at all.

4.4.4 "The First Goal"- one of the participant teams' first goal in their opponent's net.( officially non-fixed goal isn't considered into account.).Both bets lose if there is no goal during the match at all.

4.4.5 "What time will the first goal be scored"- one of the participant teams' first goal in their opponent's net at a particular time period ( in which third period will be scored a goal at defined time period).

4.4.6 7 "Number of Corner-kick"-Combination of the corner-kicks thrown-in by the both teams. ( see the item 4.4.3 ).

4.4.7 8 Scored Goals"-how many goals will be scored-Combination of the scored goals by the teams.

4.4.8 "Warning Numbers"-Combination of received yellow or red cards of participant team players.( see the item 4.4.4 ).

4.4.9 "Which team will have more corner-kicks"-Comparison of the corner-kicks of the teams.

4.4.10 11 "Will penalty be appointed"-appointed penalty in participant teams' net.

4.4.11 "Which will be earlier"-a goal or a warning. Both bets lose if there is no any goal or warning card in the match at all.

4.4.12 "Will a goal be scored in both times?"-If there is a goal in both times of the match ( I and II time).

4.5 In case of match stopping (unless it renews in 2 days ),won sum will be given according to the fixed and certain positions or conditions that won't affect on the match result ( e.g. if the game stops an the fixed score is 2:1, won bets are on 2,5 and more goals, but bets on less goals lose).Uncertain positions ( positions that may affect the final result ) is considered as 1,0 coefficient.

4.6 In case of stopped game and then its renewal in 2 days ( item 3.1.2 ) new bets are available on this match. As for the first postponed match results that are fixed before its stop are considered as guessed bets. All other positions will be equal to 1,0 coefficient. This regulation is defined only for "live" positions.

4.7 During 2 days after the match stopping or postponing ( item 3.1.2 ) in case of its renewal ( e.g. the game stops at the 16th minute and then it is renewed from the same 16th minute ) all the bets are in valid before the match final result. If the match continues after 2 days new coefficients may be issued for the match ( due to the score and game time ), so the positions will be fixed due to the new match.

4.8 After postponing "live" game and it won't be held in 2 days ( item 3.1.2 ) all positions will be equal to 1.0 coefficient.

4.9 If it won't be broadcasted and since its finishing won't be any video-recording in 24 hours coefficient at all positions will be equal to 1.0 besides the following positions: " the first warning", "warning numbers", "the first goal", "when will the first goal be scored", "will there be any penalties", "which will be earlier a goal or the warning card", " will there be a goal in both times', "goal number",. In such cases results of the positions will be fixed by official web-sites.

4.10 10 Who will play better ( except World or Europe Championship )-The winner in the pairs is the team with better results ( winning, draw, lose ).If the teams end up with the same results ( both wins, both draw or lose )the winner one is which has better balance according to the scored/lost goals ( e.g. "Juventus "-"Zenit" 2-0, "Real"-Bate" 3-2, in this case in the pair of "Juventus"-"Real" the winner is "Juventus" ). If this parameter is the same ( e.g. "Barcelona"-"Sporting" 3-1 and "Chelsea"-"Bordo" 2-0 )the winner team is with less received goals in its net while hosting, and from the guest teams the winner is with more scored goals. In this case in the pair of "Barselona"-"Chelsea" the winner is "Chelsea" and in "Sporting"-"Bordo" "Sporting " is the winner. If this criteria won't help either in defining the winner ( e.g. both teams win 1-0 ), the bets are cancelled ( odds 1.0 ).In case of postponing ( one or both) matches ( named in pairs) for more than 2 days the bets will be cancelled ( odds 1.0 );

4.11 The Total: total number of scored goals, cards and corner-kicks according to the days or stages. Number of cards includes red and yellow cards' number. A yellow card is defined as one card. Direct red card is considered as two cards in the total number. However the red card after two yellow cards isn't included in the total number of the cards.

4.12 12 "Superlive" betting during the match on the main result, match total ( that may change during the game ),the next goal ( I,II, etc. ) and also on other positions. Duration of betting on superlive proceeding from the match isn't regulated. In case of superlive game stopping and then its renewal in 2 days from the stopped moment all the bets are in valid. But if the match begins from the beginning in 2 days all previous bets on not defined results are cancelled. The defined positions are fixed.

5.1 The won money will be set down on the user's account. Accordingly the lost money will be cut off from his/her account.

5.2 If the money on the user's balance is less than the minimal betting amount his/her filled electronic ticket won't be fixed as "adjarabet" doesn't play by credits.

5.3 The player is responsible for his/her password, account and game history. In case of its losing or giving it to the third part responsibility rests only with the player.

5.4 For any bank operation the user should give his/her ID card to "adjarabet" or send the data by e-mail.

5.5 In case of unreasonable and unfair use of existing balance at "adjarabet" web-page (while filling balance by electronic systems or other ways and not betting the existing amount at "adjarabet" system ) "adjarabet" has the right to cut off 3% while withdrawing the existing amount from his/her account..

6.1 After the issued coefficient list "adjarabet' has the right to decrease, increase or cancel any coefficient any time from its point of view. In this case the only real coefficient is fixed at "adjarabet" computer program.

6.2 Any technical or mechanical defect is discussed as a matter of circumstance and "adjarabet" isn't responsible for it. In such cases "adjarabet" will cancel the bets.

6.3 3 If the coefficient or the result is fixed incorrectly and the player will be set down extra money on his/her deposit "adjarabet" has the right to conduct its recalculation and cut off the extra money from his/her account and vice versa.

6.4 "Adjarabet" isn't responsible and won't discuss any claims for the accuracy of the translation of teams and players' names listed in sport competitions. All information concerned to the sport competition naming conducts nature of information and its incorrectness won't be precondition of bet cancelling.

6.5 All claims and controversial issues will be discussed in 30 days from the electronic ticket filling. The claims won't be accepted after the expiration period.

6.6 Information about any bets are kept at "adjarabet" data base and in case of discussing any controversial issues kept and secured recordings at electronic archives are crucial.

6.7 In case of any claims with not considering these rules solution to the dispute will be according to the existing legislation.

6.8 On base of written informing to the Revenue Service of the Public Legal Entity, "adjarabet " has the right to change or add some rules in the set.

6.9 Parts aren't responsible for obligations under this in case of force majeure situations. It includes natural disasters, accidents, fire, mass unrest, revolutions, military actions, quarantine declaration or any other conditional situations that happens in the region that are officially under such circumstance.
